Looking for a bold, detailed embroidery for clothing? The Transformer medium machine embroidery design is a dynamic futuristic robot motif available in 6 sizes, suitable for hoops 130x180 mm (5.1x7 in) and larger. This design fits perfectly on sweatshirts, jackets, backpacks, and even the back of a hoodie.
You can embroider the Transformer on thick fabrics like fleece or cotton blends. For sweatshirts, use a tear-away stabilizer underneath.
Stabilizer calculation formula:
Fabric weight ÷ 3 = Stabilizer weight
Example: 300 g/m² fabric → 300 ÷ 3 = 100 g/m² stabilizer.
Add a water-soluble topping if working on textured surfaces like terry or fleece.
Use temporary adhesive spray to prevent layers from shifting.
Always test stitch on a scrap piece of the same fabric.
If using stretchy fabric, choose a cut-away stabilizer for better support.
You can sell finished embroidered items using this design. Want more? Check out its companion: Robot Transformer medium machine embroidery design – perfect for matching sets.
