What stabilizer should I use?

For sweatshirts or similar fabrics, use a cut-away stabilizer for best results.
Stabilizer formula:
fabric weight ÷ 3 = stabilizer weight
Example: 240 g/m² fabric → 240 ÷ 3 = 80 g/m² stabilizer.

Machine embroidery life hacks

• Use spray adhesive to secure stabilizer and avoid puckering.

• Do a test stitch to check tension and stitch quality.

• Cover the back of kids’ garments with soft iron-on backing.

• Choose a 75/11 needle for sharp, clean lines.
