How do I calculate the right stabilizer weight?

Use this formula:
Fabric weight ÷ 3 = Ideal stabilizer weight
For a 300 g/m² sweatshirt:
300 ÷ 3 = 100 g/m² stabilizer

This ensures durability and clean results, especially on garments meant to be worn and washed often.
