Baby’s First Christmas Stocking

For the cleanest result, embroider the letter on the stocking cuff before assembling the stocking. If the stocking is already finished, hoop a tear-away or self-adhesive stabilizer and float the cuff above it, keeping the remaining fabric away from the needle area. Add water-soluble topping when stitching on velvet, fleece or other fabric with a raised surface.
